The Premises
Ive been staying under Barc House Management since 2021, and I can genuinely say this is where affordability meets comfort. Perfect for anyone looking for a place that is not only reasonably priced but is also managed and run well. The house is located on the safer/quieter side of Bellville, within close range of multiple shops so that’s very convenient. Transportation isn’t a struggle either. This place is genuinely good for students/young adults.
Since moving into Barc House in 2021, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. The affordability paired with the quality of accommodation is unmatched. Located in a quiet and secure part of Bellville, it’s close to numerous shops, making errands easy. The transportation options are also very convenient.
